Template transfer between accounts
Once multi-account access is set up, you can easily transfer your templates from one account to another by following the steps below:
- Log in to the account where the template you want to transfer was created using your multi-account access.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Template section in the menu.
- Select the template to transfer: Check the template you wish to transfer.
-
Copy to Other Accounts: Click on the Copy to other accounts button, located at the top of the templates list.
-
Select destination accounts: Choose the accounts where you want to copy the templates.
-
Confirm the operation: Click OK to confirm the transfer.
Once the transfer is complete, the templates will be identified by a specific icon in the original account.
To avoid losing images and files associated with transferred templates, we recommend uploading all the images and files used directly into the image and file bank of the destination account. Then, replace the linked images and files in the transferred templates with those that have been uploaded to the new account.
- To add images to a template, please refer to the following guide: Add images in a template
- To add files to a template, please refer to the following guide: Attaching a document
By following these steps, you will be able to efficiently manage your templates across different accounts and avoid any loss of data associated with images and files.
